Since the game supports arbitrary framerates on PC, it seems it would be feasible for them to release a 60fps patch for PS5. Other developers have made this happen for PS4 games without the need to make a native PS5 version of the game, so it's possible.
That said, BioWare is pretty bad with long-term post-release support for their games, and I hear Mass Effect Andromeda was not a huge commercial success, so they might not be interested.
