Mass Effect Andromeda Screen is Black/White

Question

This problem has been going on ever since I purchased the game. Randomly the game starts out black and white with a heavy gray tint. At some point it will fix itself but I don't want to play the game anymore with this gray screen.

Is there any solution to this problem. It is irritating as h#LL.

I run a Windows 11 Nvidia RTX380 Ti. I had this problem on my previous GPU so it is not GPU specific.

I seem to have gotten it to change from black/white with a heavy gray tint to color.

The game starts up in a small screen which takes up about a quarter of my 31.5in monitor. It is color at this point. But, once I tap on the screen it fills my monitor and switches from color to black/white.

The key is to get the game to start up with the small screen and then switch over to large screen once it has started.
