Hi Fred, I have tried,
- Uninstalling, reinstalling, and repairing the game
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Origin
- Uninstalling and reinstalling GPU drivers
- Deleting MassEffectAndromeda.exe file
- Changing the save file name
- Disabling my antivirus
- Tried the video Strakisz suggestion
- Launching the game in ‘offline mode’
Thanks.
With your CPU having 4 fewer cores than the AMD 6350 min, slower clock speeds, and generally not as good even if a newer generation, I don't think your CPU will be up to the task of getting the game to play much.
Add into this the lower than min spec on the video card and you are just asking for issues trying to play the game.
One thing about ME:Andromeda, is that the locker scene and the beginning cutscenes are often able to be run on low end hardware, as they are small areas with very limited use of the hardware, BUT as soon as you try to move past it you often get black screen forever when trying to leave the ship.
IF you do get it to work ok on this hardware, you have just had a minor miracle happen, as by hardware, it shouldn't run or at most run at less than 5fps. My personal suggestion is to give up until you have better hardware to run the game on, but to each his own.
