Mass Effect collection and Legendary Edition removed from library

Why was my Mass effect Collection edition with all the dlc's and Legendary edition was removed from my library? and if i want them back to contact game hub. Wtf is this? and Why is saying "you removed" I never did such thing. I still have the case i bought many years ago.
