    KEI-9  You can find him/her in the shuttle bay.

    The N7 Hoodie can be selected as a casual outfit from one of the armor lockers aboard the Normandy (Shuttle bay or in Shepard's Cabin).

Oh! I see. So it's not a miniature version of mechdog or an actual hoodie to be sent, it's for in-game? My mistake then. Thank you!
