You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that there are no background processes running.
2. Ensure that you have the most updated version of the game and your device's latest firmware running on your Mobile device.
3. Turn Location Services ON.
4. Click Settings from the home menu or the 'App Menu' (from outside the game) > Applications > Manage Applications > click Mass Effect Infiltrator and check the Android Compatibility Box.
5. Click Settings from the home menu or the 'App Menu' (from outside the game) > Applications > Manage Applications > click Dead Space and check the Android Compatibility Box.
6. Exit the game, turn off and reset your device, then restart the game.Please let us know if that helped you.
