Mass effect key

That portion written in English is just a fragment, which I cannot make out.  I am "supposed" to be able to read and understand some Spanish, I studied it in college, but it's late, I'm tired, and we are in Beta, so only English is a supported language for Mass Effect.

when you buy any game send the activation code (not sent it to me) and not downloaded from the user origin (also cant be downloaded)

Did you buy it via Origin? If you did open Origin then go to   Help -> order history -> your order

Click the order number and you should see your serial number.

In all my shopping appears complete order, but that order of Mass Effect says sent order, and dont have unlocking code serial number

there is any email address to which to send my order number and I can get the product code or why not send me the code after 2 days and is not activated on my account origin
