Mass Effect Legendary Edition Collector's Edition

Hi, everyone! I'd like to know, will the Bioware Gear Store be the only one who sell the Collector's Edition (Mass Effect Legendary Cache)? Is it their exclusive? Can we hope for release and official retail it in Russia or at least Europe? I will be gratefull for any information!
