I guess the title says it all. I was really trying to shoot for the platinum and now I’ve got a couple that aren’t unlocking specifically Paramore 2. I see that you guys released a patch to fix this a few days ago, I’m wondering if another patch comes out if it will correct things that I’ve already achieved that can’t easily be re-achieved.

My partner has the same issue with two Ally trophies. They have completed over 10 side quests and missions with Wrex and Tali, but the Ally trophy for each didn't unlock. Playing on the PS4, fully updated game.
Just finished Mass Effect 2 last night post the May 17th update obviously and i still did not unlock Paramour 2. playing on Series X and i also had the bug that resets the time played counter when the game is started up. any suggestions or advice? i do not want to start ME3 until there is some clarity here, thank you
Played on Xbox Series X, but it will probably work on all platforms. I you romanced someone in ME1 a small workaround for Paramour II and III would be to reload a save prior to ilos, start the mission and as soon as the climax to the romance finishes you'll get Paramour II, repeat for Paramour III. Now, strangely Paramour II and III will still show up as locked on the ME2 and ME3 extras achievement tracker but will be unlocked in the ME1 tracker and most importantly, your account.
Now, as for the reseting of some cross game achievements (such as 1000 kills) I've noticed that it seems to reset every time you change games, say, if you go from ME2 to ME1 and back to ME2. So the only tip here I have is to stick to a game until you get those achievements.

Please understand the version of the game you are supporting. The 45 missions is no longer the case in the Legendary Edition, as the achievements and trophies have all been adjusted to just 5 missions instead of the majority.
Also, please don't try to shirk the blame to the console manufacturers. The difficulty and romance achievements / trophies are broken consistently on all platforms, and from what I can tell the only consistent way to unlock them is to keep meeting the requirements in Mass Effect 1 only. Both of those facts have been recorded numerous times on this forum, most of which have had no acknowledgement or response from EA or Bioware. You're supposed to provide support, not try and shift the blame onto another company.
im having the same issues on Xbox series x. I've beat the first 2 on insanity and only got the insanity 1 achievement.
