Mass Effect Legendary Edition won't let me record my gameplay with Bandicam

Mass Effect Legendary Edition won't let me record my gameplay with Bandicam... it keeps saying "Failed to start video capture." All my other games and the Mass Effect legendary edition engine work, but when I select an individual game it won't record and I even notice the FPS counter goes transparent as soon as the game starts.

Can anyone help me?

@Teri3501 Discovered it was due to the HDR being turned on in the game. As soon as I turned it off it worked.

Hours later and still no luck... I don't know how people are doing it. I have tried multiple programs and get the same error.

I had the same problem. I was using the EA desktop so I switched to the Origin launcher and it worked there. Using Bandicam as well.
Update: When I switched over to Origin, I lost my surround sound. After I took the steps to fix it, bandicam quit recording there as well. Failure to capture audio. Due to the openal32.dll I had to add most likely.
