Mass Effect Andromeda network connection error.

i keep getting a connection error every time i try to go online, i have tried all of the suggested solutions i have found to no avail. from what i can gather and of what i was told by the Agent i was talking with, this is a server-side issue and most likely something to do with the Blaze end of things. i was told that server was not shut down so to me this seems like a case of Andromeda being in a handshake loop or something like that.

someone could probably just flip the switch on and off
