Mass effect legendary edition won't start

Hi guys! I bought the game yesterday and I could not play with it a second because when I launch the game it opens and leads me to the menu. In the menu I have the 3 game cards under each of them the start button. So I want to play with mass effect 1 and I click on " start", the game starts to seemingly load in but after a few seconds I am back to the menu facing the start buttons again. None of the 3 games will lunch. What I did I contacted someone via live chat. He recommended me to repair the game and run it as administrator. I did that did not work. I tried to launch them separately, did not work. I updated my drivers, installed c++ 2015-2019 x64, x86, did not work. It is now starts to be really frustrating as I cannot play with the game that I payed for. I ask someone to please help me to find a solution for this issue.
