Mass Effect Legendary Priority: Eden Prime bug

@FireNinja7198  Can you attach a DxDiag? Are we playing on Steam or the EA app? 

The ea app says standard version accessed through steam

@FireNinja7198 Almost sounds like a corrupted save file. Is this the only place it happens?

Have you reloaded any saves to see if the game pushes past that?

When you load into the game, can you save the game as a new save file, and then close the game, reopen and manually load that new save file, and then try again?

I have the file aside, will review that here shortly.

I have tried restarting and playing through the opening missions and tried Eden Prime after Palaven, but every time I finish the debreif with Hackett I still get the black screen (so I don't think it could be a save file issue.) I have been playing through the other missions skipping over Eden Prime (up to Tuchanka: Cerberus Bomb) and I have not had any problem like that black screen.

@FireNinja7198 When you started over, did you move the save folder out so the game did not recognize the files? I tried to play through this a couple of times to test it but I cannot reproduce it.

This indicates that it may not be a save, but it isn't the game itself as it would happen to myself and others. I have seen others report issues with this one specifically but most said start over, repair the game, etc.

I did see a few people say changing the resolution of the game got past that.

I have also seen others say that changing the MSI Afterburner helped.

@FireNinja7198 That is understandable, I've done it. I'm looking all over the internet and there are many threads from the original game, few from the LE.
