Hi, the most common reason for items to be stuck processing is if the pre-order was made a while back and the payment method has since expired.
Generally the money for the pre-order isn't taken until fairly close to launch rather than at the original pre-order time. So you can check back on your financial records to check if you have indeed been charged, and if your payment method used at the time is still valid. If you weren't charged, the easiest thing now is to cancel and re-order.

My payment method was not expired, I used the same one to purchase this at GameStop. Also, the charge was already processed at my bank.
