Which game exactly are you having trouble with?
Sorry! I did not realize this was for all ME games.
ME: Andromeda.
I opened a help ticket, and went through everything, including changing my password & deleting folders listed by support; It's back to saying 'Missing Online Access'

Cheers! I had this issue when I tried to play the game a few months ago. The customer support rep I talked to was incredibly unhelpful and assumed I was trying to steal a copy of the game. For some reason, they can't see the purchase orders on their end, even though Origin has a purchase history built into the client, so I ended up having to send him screenshots of my receipt proving that I did in fact own the game.
