Mass Effect Running at 20>FPS
I've checked and tried pretty much everything I can find on other people having this issue. I've disabled V-Sync, disabled all my overlays, unplugged everything but the mouse and keyboard, switched to a wired mouse, made sure its not trying to run off integrated graphics etc. etc.
The launcher itself runs at like 60FPS but each game is below 20FPS when I've tried. I've changed all the very limited in-game graphic options and nothing changes, even switching down from 4K to 720p the game will consistently run the exact same FPS which is not consistent either varying between about 15-19 usually hitting like 23-24 on the starting menu. I have a 4070ti and a Ryzen 9 7900X so I'm sure its not a case of system limitations, especially since my housemate just finished LE on a worse system in 4K with solid frames throughout. Really don't want to have to refund the game but at this stage it seems like its gonna just be completely unplayable on my PC.
