I've been playing through the Mass Effect Trilogy and I own all the DLC but was curious if there was any way I could get the in game pre-order bonuses for Mass Effect 2 and 3 on an Xbox One, I would even purchase them if they were available somehow

I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure purchasing the collectors edition of either game gets you all the available pre order bonuses for the respective game. It would be the same games I bought in store at launch since i got the collectors editions and you had to download all the bonuses with the edition (plus purchasing the like, 50+ dlc seperately).
I should note though that I did a bit of googling and it seems different retailers had exclusive bonuses for ordering the game through them and these it seems are unique to the respective retailer and no one can get anymore.
