mass effect /win7 64 bit will not run

I am having this problem as well... I have win 7 ultimate and it will not open on my 64 bit...

Since tens-of-thousands (perhaps hundreds-of-thousands) of players with Win7/64-bit rigs (including myself) haven't had a problem installing or running the game, you'll have to give a lot more information if you want anyone to help...
