ME1 audio issue - dialog & sfx in surrounds instead of center

Mass Effect 1 dialog and sfx audio is coming from the rear/surround speakers instead of the center channel, meaning that conversations, weapons fire etc are all coming from behind the player instead...

Still no acknowledgement or update on possible fix for this...
I'll give in until Monday, then go for a refund based on faulty content. I'm not gonna play this in the current state on my PS5. Rather then wait until it's maybe available on GamePass and take it on a spin on PC and see if anything have improved.

I think only a handful players (including myself) with x.1-setups doesn't interest ea at all.

@knorpelmasse Umm, 5.1 isn’t cutting edge technology. Your average Netflix potatoe documentary is gonna be mixed in - at the very least, 5.1. This is a technical oversight that needs to be addressed. You’re underestimating the amount of people with surround sound systems and home theatres. This isn’t some niche market.
