You and every other community leader here are absolutely classless. We're all just asking for a simple response to a question that's obviously plaguing a lot of players and it takes the bare minimum amount of effort to respond and let us know that it's being looked into or that you've relayed the information.

So I had decided to patiently wait in hopes this issue would get resolved.
why? Who the heck knows. This is Ea we are talking about here. I should have know better.
so I decided that I was fed up after the most recent patch still didn’t address the issue and contacted PlayStation support where they proceeded to tell me no because it was over 2 weeks and they cut me off.
im trying to figure out if I should still keep fighting this because I’m absolutely incensed that the game is unplayable. The fact that a 14 year old game plays. With better sound quality on my Xbox 360 and the ps4 version is a gong show speaks volumes.
anyone have any tips or suggestions? Or am I just hooped here?
Between the issues I had with disco Elysium and now this, screw pre ordering or buying day 1 games - ever. Don’t care how much they might mean to me. This was something that should never have escaped QA, and the fact that EA has asked one question then went radio silent speaks volumes and is just insane.

I have this same problem too and I put my play through on hold since launch. I’ve been waiting for a patch but still nothing. I do have another topic under ps4/ps5 surround channel bug if anyone wants to write on there as well. Maybe if we have more than one topic going they’ll finally realize how much of an issue this is.
