I had the exact same problem. I just verified integrity of game files which took some time but it finally worked.
Same, I crash when trying to use transport to the wards on the loading screen, when trying to enter the alleyway after walking to the wards and also approaching chora's den. I'm completely stuck in progress now.
DICE TeamHey, @ThePurpleHermit @flacam make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.
You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Mass Effect: Legendary Edition and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
