I just de-marked the solution. Sounds like the elevator times are very inconsistent!
I clocked 15 seconds from when Shepard pushes the button to when I regain control. I'm on PC.
Will definitely need someone like @EA_Mako to weigh in on this. Seems like a legit issue if everybody is experiencing different wait times.

Community ManagerInteresting, my load time is closer to what @felker_s has as well. I don't have the game installed on a SSD, and this is from a save close to the end of the game.
This elevator ride was always the one I'd try to avoid whenever possible in the original version because of the long wait, so it's definitely unfortunate this is so different for some people.
I'm assuming everyone meets the system requirements, right? Is anyone having the longer loading times hovering close to the minimum, out of curiosity?
