I stopped 4.2 Seconds between activating the elevator until I could move again.

While there is a difference in hardware, I doubt that it is good for over 10 seconds and the only feature I can think of that would make such a difference is Resize BAR, but afaik the game is not supporting it.
I have a good ol' Intel Core i5-4690K paired with a Radeon RX 5600 XT.
