ME1: Medigel upgrade bug

I've encountered a weird bug where after buying the third medigel upgrade from Opold in Noveria, it actually didn't upgrade my medigel capacity, leaving it at 7 instead of 8.

I rechecked with him once I noticed and confirmed he did not have the 3rd upgrade available, indicating that I did buy it. I continued on with my game and after finishing Noveria and some side missions, I decided to go and recheck all the upgrades from start to make sure I got all. When I got back to Opold again, he had the 3rd upgrade available again - two times in fact (see screen).

Buying one made the second disappear from the store too and it did actually upgrade my capacity now to 8 as it should have.
