ME1: Tuntau audio and video bugs

I traveled to Tuntau before Wrex's loyalty mission and unknowingly walked into the pirate base with a team consisting of Liara and Tali.

(I had only completed 1 out of the 3 first main missions, namely Therum.)

After I entered the main room, all in-game audio was suddenly muted. When I pressed ESC, it would resume as long as I was in the menu, then get muted again when I returned to the game. I double-checked my volume controls and the in-game audio settings, and everything was normal there.

When pressing ESC and then returning to the game, I would briefly see the Mako on the planet's surface as if I were still driving it around outside.

Also after entering the main room, Tali disappeared. She was still shown as alive with full health and shield in the squad menu, but not shown on the map and I couldn't find her in the entire building.

I reloaded my last save after this because I don't want to complete the mission without Wrex anyway, but thought this was worth reporting.
