ME1:LE squadmates refuse to follow orders stand in place

Funny thing, I've recently started to notice them doing this while playing ME3:LE. Not all the time, but sometime they just stand there while the enemy lays into me. I have to actually order them to move/attack.

Not to much of a issue as I'm close to the end now, but it's clearly a issue/bug of some sort.
