ME2 - Kasumi mission keeps crashing

Kasuimi mission keeps crashing and have no idea how to fix it in ea play, i read some solutions for steam and origin.

The thing is if i can't fix it i have to restart the story and not work on the Kasumi loyalty mission, is there any other way?

I believe that is a really old bug, i've read posts from 2014 about it...
