ME2 Cutscene after Shadow Broker mission summary freezes

[ME:LE PC Steam Windows 10]

I completed the Shadow Broker mission (4 times) and every time after the mission summary screen a cutscene starts to play and immediately freezes. How can I get past this?

    Fixed after revalidating files and reloading the save with unmodded game.
