ME2 LE - BUG: Garrus is loyal but no bonus power and its achievement

Hi everyone. I am playing on PC via steam. I had no issue about achievements. Eventhough I completed Garrus' loyalty mission successfully, I cannot gain its bonus power because it is not on the list ...
