ME3 Ashley Williams Marksman bug

Hey guys ! If somebody needs a fix ME3 Ashley Williams Marksman bug, just let me know. Fixed/ Tested/Works

My solution is not an overwright of already modded files )  Mine could be used with all modded and only bug fix, nothing additional like u mentioned )
