I noticed this yesterday (also on Menae) when I was looking at ammo drops on Mars (to see if they changed after the patch). One of the husks got thrown off a cliff and just landed in an unreachable part of the map (it could still be shot and killed, which ended the fight and triggered the auto-save).
I don't know if it's related to the physics bug where enemies are getting stuck prone on the ground after being knocked down or if it's something else; I don't remember what the behavior was in the original version.
