ME3 Citadel: Party invite bug

I accidentally started the Citadel: Party DLC and was about to throw the party, where I told Glyph that I wasn't ready to hold the party. 

Though, then trying to invite Liara up to my apartment triggered the same dialogue with Glyph regarding the party. Moreover, Liara never came and the option to invite her up was gone. 

A reload fixed it, by not opening the party overview, though it is still a shame that the invite option is used on repeating dialogue.
