ME3 Custom Shepard renegade eyes not working.

I've played this game before so I know when I have enough renegade points to affect scaring. Even used a program to increase renegade to max to see if it fixed the issue and it does not. The renegade...

I am also having issues with the lack of Renegade eyes past the where I can choose a renegade decision in the much later part of the game.

In the original versions, my FemShep had the Red glow eyes way before meeting the Quarian.

This is without a doubt an issue needs solving. I'm on an Xbox Series X, so I can vouch on this.

This picture is from the Legendary Edition. At that peak in Renegade status, she should receive Red eyes like in the original version. In the original, the Renegade was above the last line with a bit of Paragon, yet she has glowing eyes. This version, despite full scar, does not have Red glow.
