- Create "Mass Effect Back up" folder on your Desktop.
- Go to your "C:\Users\>Your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition" folder and move everything that is in that folder to the Mass Effect Back up folder.
- Create a folder named "Save" inside the "C:\Users\>Your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition" folder And a "ME3" folder inside the "Save" folder.
- Copy your last save from your "Mass Effect Back up\Save\ME3" folder to this "ME3" folder > Test. (Choose "local saves" if you get a cloud save mismatch warning.)
If that don't works, try a save from before reaching Earth.
