ME3 financial balance seems to be completely ruined

Just got myself into ME3 part of LE and really can't believe what I'm seeing. All DLC stuff has moved into stores. Adding a screenshot to show what I saw (just the very start of the game, Garrus rec...

@ELevinIf you're on PC I'd recommend the save editor of Nexus. I just created a copy of my save, added a few zeroes to the credits and loaded into it and had no issues, got to buy everything I wanted to.

    @Ironbeak95 , yes, I'm on PC and thanks a lot, I was already thinking on modifying my current savegame.
