ME3 multiplayer randomly crashes

I bought ME3 a few months ago for the multiplayer. It's been a lot of fun - a very well-made game. However, I have an issue where the game randomly crashes with no warning. Here is a 15-second YouTub...

    Its the same INVALID_POINTER_READ error as before.
