ME3 PC - Game Freezing on Tuchanka: Turian Platoon

I just had the same problem. I don't have the Citadel DLC. I uninstalled and installed again ME3 (not graphics drivers), and that fixed it.

*, now it freezes a couple of minutes later and the save won't load. Had to restart the mission, maybe it will work out now.

    Well, it kept freezing. I tried it on another PC and there it works fine.

       Did you try to repair your game? (in Origin > my games > right click ME3 > Repair Game)

        I couldn't find the option to repair, I reinstalled instead and it was still crashing on that machine. I also had crashes with Mass Effect 1, but now that I knew where to find the repair option, I tried it and that fixed it.
