ME:LE ME3 ending Bugged

Hello,
 
I have played the trilogy MANY times on both PS3 and PC so I'm quite sure this is an issue
 
I have just got to the end and have over 5.6k TMS. There is no multiplayer in this game so there is no EMS. Right?
 
Okay so assuming TMS is the same as EMS, 5.6k should unlock all 3 endings for me: Synthesis, Destroy and Control.
This does not happen. 
 
Furthermore, it also means that when i pick destroy option, it should give me the ending where Shepard takes a breath at the end of the game, no?

I think the programming has not been changed so the game still reads it as EMS instead of TMS. I ran a save edit program and EMS is at 2.8k, which makes sense as no MP means 50% of 5.6k (my TMS). I always tried changing this value to 8k, and same issue. 
Tldr: the game is bugged, even with high TMS scores and everything finished, i can't unlock all 3 endings and Shepard surviving.

    Yup, I also just arrived at the ending and didn't get the Synthesis option. I had like 6300 TMS before Earth and the bar below was at 75%, which was quite weird since I did almost everything you can do other than maybe just a few side quests.

    This is really disappointing since I have previously completed the original trilogy a few times and knew what I have to do get the best outcomes and the highest EMS/TMS.

    Seems like a serious bug to me.
