MELE: xbox elevator disappears in Normandy and cannot interact with

Trying to play ME:LE ME1, just got to the Normandy, every time I go down to engineering the elevator disappears, cannot interact with the button, I'm just stuck, I have tried to reload a save, but ev...

Did you tried to power cycle the xBox or to reinstall the game?

I have not, Thankyou, if it happens again when I finally got down there I will definitely try it.
