MELE2: Not Receiving Mission and Carrier Rewards - Xbox

Just started an Insanity New Game + Playthrough for Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition and have noticed I do not receive the Mission rewards as shown in the Screenshots, nor the Import Bonuses from ME1. I do have the Grenade Launcher in my Inventory, the Credits I found and the Long Service Bonuses, but between meeting the Illusive Man for the first time and landing on Freedoms Progress, no increase is seen in my Credits or Resources. 

Haven't found anyone else reporting this and while it is not the end of the world, I fear that this might happen in other Missions, which will make an Insanity Run much harder, if I can't Receive Cerberus Funding for Completed Missions (Damn Cerberus Cutbacks!!!)

Hoping a fix can be given to this, will continue to play for now and will report if the Issue Persist in other missions.
