Were Jeff Moreau and EDI, i see none handicapped man, do you?
Joker was handicapped... lmao. Maybe you need to revisit those games. He has some sort of messed up condition where he's super brittle. That's why in ME2 when the collectors hit the ship, and you play as him - he can hardly walk.
I don't know, I'm not a fan of Kallo mainly because half his talks are tied to Gil, and I hate Gil. But I do think Suvi is an awesome character.

Sorry I disagree Joker was handicapped that's why EDI was allowed to accompany him wherever he went. And yes there is many questions left to be answered, hopefully they get to it soon, rather than years from now. Perhaps you expect too much, if it's a trilogy then there has to be something for them to work towards.
I perfectly know that he Is ! You really can't understand that for me with his driver skills he's not handicapped, Is that difficult? Ah, i saw how they gave us all the answer with all the dlc and sequel they made... The real mistake was calling this game mass effect.
