Missing DLC N7 Arsenal Pack for Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition?

Hello, Who this may concern

The following game comes with this (N7 Arsenal Pack) – Bring the firepower with the N7 Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, and Pistol since I bought the Deluxe Edition so it comes with it. Every time I go to a weapons bench it is not their and I am already 2 hours in to the game. The other stuff that is included is available but not this weapons pack.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Btw I just bought this a couple days ago.
