Missing Online Access
Hi, I recently reinstalled ME Andromeda in the EA App and I get a Missing Online Access message. I worked with some chat advisors and tried the recommended solutions with no luck. The second chat advisor just sent me to the forums saying that the forum guys would resolve it. Case#202985026
I have found a number of recommended fixes however a lot of them say they should only be necessary if you had EA play before. I have not used EA Play before. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Randomtask414 I took a look at this for you. If you are playing in Steam, Verify Integrity of Game Files
If you have the game installed through the EA app, Clear EA app Cache
Run the game again and let us know if it connects!
