They say that "Immediately creating a new Ryder after exiting a current playthrough can result in Journal quest items carrying over and a number of bugs on the Hyperion."
Well, I am not sure what they mean by immediate, because I did try creating a new game + immediatly after a current playtrough and after closing the game and waiting. Both times I had the bug. Sure they know this bug exists, but I don't know how is this not considered an urgent game breaking bug because it breaks the progression of a very long quest. Come on BioWare! Even if you cannot fix this let us destroy/sell the special items so we can workaround this.
Same issue. Just started NG+ and finished Eos start up. When I go back to tempest Lexi movie quest triggered. I waited 24 hours prior to starting NG +. I am on PC running with all the recommended stats. Aside from this bug, Ryder is missing from the cuddle scene. Peebee is hugging air. The game takes 15 minutes to load and will only run without major slowdown and sound stutter on "low" setting for everything. The game has a great feel but they let this pony out of the gate too soon.
