Noticed that MELE seems to swap id's on a 2 monitor set up, I have an Acer predator 27" and a Viewsonic secondary (older monitor) . MELE detects the Viewsonic as the main monitor (it's not) but displays the game on the Acer . In doing this resolution is stuck to 1080 x 1920 . any ideas how to fix?
There might be ways to edit the games ini files, but the easiest way might be to disconnect your second monitor, restart the PC, set up the game on your first monitor > Shut down the PC and connect your second monitor again.
There SHOULD be an option in your options menu for ME1, under Extras(of all things) to choose which monitor to display on.
So start a game of ME from the launcher, not continue though you may can get there as well. Choose Extras, then Options and Display, IIRC it was the 2nd or so item down on the list.
Here is the problem if you select the other monitor it then displays on the Viewsonic...
