Played the game 3x on legendary edition and the music on Morinth's apartment isn't playing. That's very frustrating considering how climatic that scene sholud be.
That never happened on the former ME2.
Reloaded, restarted the game, restarted the laucnher, etc. nothing fix it.

You mean during the fight? That was a 100% reproducible bug in classic ME2. The track's composer, Jimmy Hinson (AKA Big Giant Circles), uploaded a video once with the track added in to show how it was supposed to be. When I played the game in Legendary Edition, that was finally fixed.
Legendary Edition did introduce a whole lot of new bugs (that the community fixed with mods), though I'm not familiar with this bug's appearance in ME2 LE, so I can't really point you in the right direction.
Did you tried to repair the game?
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
I'm aware of this common bug, I did research and all basic troubleshooting before reporting this issue. Was afraid people would misuderstand my problem because of this.

Also on the scene where you sit with her on the club table, both clubs songs plays at once, making the conversation very messy, so I think something is really broken on this whole section/mission, about music - sound effects are OK.
If this is a real bug and not a system specific issue there is little that can be done here.
The last patch for MELE came out mid 2021 so the chance that a minor bug like this get fixed is practically zero.
