@Ri-Go_HUN7Yeah that's right, it amazes me the amount of people who still defend this edition to the end as they confuse their love of the characters for blind support.
Ok, can we have a little reality check here? I just finished playing the LE on PC, all three games. And I can say that the vast majority of it is a smooth, seamless transition from the original games. Yes, there are some glitches and oddities in the LE. I think it's fair to expect another patch for LE to more fully iron out those issues. But on whole, those issues are nuisances, they're not game breaking. And those nuisances are few and far between. The closest thing to a game breaking issue was when achievements weren't working in ME2 on Xbox, since unlocking bonus powers was tied to getting achievements. That's probably why they released a hotfix for that issue specifically. And it appeared to only affect one platform, I never had issues with achievements playing on PC.
Is that "blind support" of the LE? No, it's just a levelheaded perspective based on my own experience with the LE. And I can't say for sure, but I'm willing to bet the vast majority of people have had a similar experience as me. Because if there's one thing we know, it's that players can roast a game over bugs and glitches of they're there (see Cyberpunk 2077).
If your experience with the LE was so bad that you're demanding another patch or you're never buying a Bioware game again...I don't know man. I didn't have the same experience was you.
So, again, there are a few bugs still, it would be nice for Bioware to fix them, and it's fair to ask Bioware for another patch to fix them. It's not fair to act like the game is some kind of broken mess in its current state and that it's grossly incompetent or negligent if BioWare never provides another patch.
I hated ME2-3 LE first, because I love these games and I want a perfect version. LE is not the perfect version (but all the other versions has it’s own problems too, so…), but I was angry about LE’s issues about a little too much.
My personal first experience with LE was bad: in ME3 (and maybe also in ME2, but I never experienced in ME2) there is a big gameplay bug: if a humanoid enemy falls to the ground from one of your powers, there is a chance may they can’t stand up, until receive some extra damage. Believe me, this ruined my gameplay experience as an adept, completely (on the second run with a soldier, I do not see often this bug… yet). And in ME2-3, there are several little or bigger visual glitches. These glitches can really hurth the cinematic nature of the games.
So, LE is not broken at all, but if they do not fix the gameplay bug, what I mentioned before, and at least some of the bigger visual errors, then maybe this version is not for me, and I will return to the originals instead. Also, if they still stay silent about these problems, after the community requests on this forum, then maybe I'm not be curious about their future works, because of this not too community friendly attitude.
