Noveria Garage Vehicle-Tank Inaccessible?

@Duel-of-Fateif you mean to use in the battle against the geth in the garage i never did try to do it, but if you can't enter the vehicle after killing all enemy just save were you are and reload that save it should fix the problem. Same thing works on planets when you cant enter the mako after you exit to get something or if you can't open a door/enter a building.
