same here and i am 100% sure there were no problems like this in the original trilogy, but with the graphics updates and all others changes, from the start i was sure there will be new bugs, they could not test everything, even if they did heave a lot of time on there hands.
According to new information, there is a new patch incoming that seems to address this:

@draconiam Are you sure? The only relevant entry in the patch notes I see is "Fixed an issue that would prevent the ability to interact with objects," which sounds like it's fixing a more general issue. It's not clear to me if being unable to interact with the Grizzly on Noveria is part of that. I suspect it's not.

Just tested it, the
MakoGrizzly is still inaccessible on Noveria. The game was saved right before entering the garage for the first time. During the fight with the geth, no interaction was possible.Edited to clarify that I meant the Grizzly, not the regular mako.

@Schachmatt123 To be clear, the issue isn't that the Mako is inaccessible. I haven't tried it but that would make sense, given you're supposed to fight the Geth and have a conversation with Captain Matsuo before leaving the garage.
In the original ME1 the static vehicle in the middle of the garage (the Grizzly) can be unlocked and entered, and the gun turret can be used. This can be done during the fight with the Geth. The issue is that this feature was apparently removed in the Legendary Edition.
