Windows 10 \ last version of the game
I couldn't find a solution, but I noticed that this problem only appears on the Russian version of the game. So I went through this moment on the English version and then just loaded the save. If anyone has this problem with another languages, you can try this method, but of course it's not cool.
Did you tried to repair the game?
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
